Infrastructure & Community Development

Healing also builds strong communities

Focus: Building resilient and sustainable communities through infrastructure and ecological stewardship

About This Advocacy

SSDH promotes safe, resilient spaces where people and creation can thrive together. Infrastructure programs include building constructions, renovations, repair and maintenance, and landscaping across the 3-hectare El-Retiro Compound. Ecological stewardship responds to Pope Francis' Laudato Si' encyclical through community clean-up drives, waste reduction, and conservation practices in Ilawod and Cabid-an, Sorsogon. Community programs empower barangay members to advocate for their needs and drive systemic change from the ground up.
