Health Care
Health Care
Healing embraces the whole person
About This Advocacy
Through compassionate healthcare and pastoral presence, SSDH cares for the sick and the elderly, bringing comfort, dignity, and the healing presence of Christ to homes and hospitals. Services include health care for SSDH sisters, a wellness center for elderly priests and sick clergy, and health care for SSDH lay collaborators and workers. Healthcare training programs equip sisters to provide compassionate, comprehensive care blending physical, emotional, and spiritual support — forming healers who see the whole person, not just the illness.

There are moments when simple presence — not medicine — becomes the most powerful healing. We are called to bring Christ's compassionate touch to every bedside.
